What an FBA seller needs from a supplier, and what we publish
- The case quantity, before you enquire. Every product page shows its minimum order quantity in units. You are not emailing for a price list to find out whether the deal is even possible.
- Factory-sealed, original packaging. Stock arrives as the manufacturer packed it, with lot codes and dating intact — the condition Amazon requires and the condition a customer complaint will be judged against.
- Per-unit cost on the page. You can run landed cost, FBA fees and margin before you speak to anybody.
- Dating on consumables. Supplements and OTC lines carry expiry dates. Ask us to confirm the dating on the stock in hand before a large case run, and we will check the actual lot rather than quote a policy.
How an order runs
Open an account and upload your EIN or resale certificate once; trade pricing then stays on your account. Place the order, and we hold the stock. Pay by ACH bank transfer — we confirm the funds and despatch begins 3 to 5 business days after they clear. You receive a commercial invoice for your records and, on request, a proforma invoice before you pay.
Pre-orders and release dates
On lines with a manufacturer street date we accept pre-orders against that date and issue a delivery schedule once the release is confirmed, so you can plan an inbound shipment instead of guessing.

How much do I need to order?
FBA buyers ask this before anything else, so here it is in one place. The minimum is $5,000 across the whole order, not per product. Mix as many products as you like and set your own quantity on each. That order value is what unlocks wholesale pricing, and it is how a first testing order is normally put together.
