We ship US-market stock to importers, distributors and retail groups outside the United States. If you are buying American brands for your own territory, this page covers the part that usually goes wrong: the paperwork.
Documentation issued with every export shipment
- Commercial invoice carrying the invoice number, the goods, the quantities and the value.
- Incoterms stated on the document — EXW Doral, FL, USA unless we have agreed something else with you in writing.
- Country of origin as declared by the manufacturer, and a signed declaration that the contents are as stated.
- Proforma invoice on request before payment, which is what most banks and import licences ask to see first.
What we can and cannot promise
We can tell you the case quantity, the unit cost, the origin as the manufacturer declares it and the despatch window. We do not publish duty rates, licensing or restricted-goods rules for your country here — confirm them before you order, with your own customs broker or, if you prefer, with our team through our VAT and customs clearance service.
How overseas buyers pay us
Everything is invoiced in US dollars. The route you use depends on where your bank sits, not on where the goods are going.
- ACH bank transfer — for buyers who hold a US bank account. Our preferred route: funds normally clear in one to three business days and your bank charges around $15 to $30.
- Domestic wire — same-day settlement from a US bank, usually chosen for larger consignments.
- International SWIFT wire — the route for buyers banking in Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, Switzerland, Japan and Korea. Ask us and we will issue the SWIFT instructions together with a proforma invoice, which is the document your own bank will want to see before it releases the funds.
Where your bank offers the choice, send a SWIFT wire with charges marked OUR. On SHA the intermediary banks take their fee out of the transfer, the invoice arrives short by $20 to $50, and the consignment waits until the difference is settled. Full detail is on our payment policy.
Common questions from overseas buyers
How long from payment to despatch?
A SWIFT wire typically clears our account in two to five business days. Despatch begins 3 to 5 business days after that, so allow roughly one to two weeks from sending the payment to the goods leaving Florida, then your own freight transit on top.
Who pays the import duty and VAT?
Duty, import VAT and clearance charges at your border are for the buyer’s account. You can clear the goods through your own customs broker, or use our VAT and customs clearance service; either way we issue the commercial documentation the border needs. Door-to-door delivery by air is also available, quoted on the volume, weight and size of the goods.
Can I use my own freight forwarder?
Yes. Nominate a forwarder with a US address and we will deliver the consignment to their warehouse against your instructions. If you would rather we arranged it, tell us the destination port and we will quote.
Is there a minimum order for export?
The case quantity shown on each product page is the minimum for that line. Most export buyers combine several lines onto one pallet rather than taking depth in a single item.
Terms
Minimum order quantity is on every product page. Payment is in USD by ACH, domestic wire or international SWIFT wire; despatch begins 3 to 5 business days after the funds clear. Goods are factory-sealed in original manufacturer packaging.

What exporters buy from us
US-market health and household, beauty and personal care and perfumes travel best and command a premium abroad. Collectible Pokemon sealed product ships worldwide too. See the whole catalogue.
Our shipping policy covers freight and packing, and payment policy covers ACH and international wire.
How much do I need to order?
Export buyers ask about the minimum before they start pricing freight. The minimum is $5,000 across the whole order, not per product. Mix as many products as you like and set your own quantity on each. That order value is what unlocks wholesale pricing, and it is how a first testing order is normally put together.
Below $5,000, or if you want to ask about the MOQ on a particular line or a bulk discount, contact our team by email or WhatsApp chat. We will confirm the products and quantities and approve the order before it is placed. We do not sell retail or single units. Full detail on how the minimum works.
