Accepted Payment Methods

American General Distributors settles all wholesale orders through the banking system. Choose the method that suits your business — your order is confirmed as soon as the funds reach our account.

1. ACH Bank Transfer — Recommended

ACH is our preferred method and the quickest route to a confirmed order.

Same day ACH available — funds normally clear in 1 to 3 business days. Your bank normally charges $15–$30 for a same day transfer. Best choice if you want your order despatched quickly.

Our ACH routing number and account number are shown at checkout the moment you select ACH, and again in your order confirmation email.

2. Domestic Wire Transfer

Wire transfer is available for larger orders and for buyers whose bank does not offer same day ACH. Contact our support team and we will send you the wire instructions.

3. Credit Card through Plastiq

We do not process cards on our own site, but you can still pay by card using Plastiq:

1. Open a Plastiq account and add American General Distributors as a vendor.
2. Pay Plastiq with your credit card.
3. Plastiq forwards the payment to us as an ACH transfer.

Plastiq charges its own card processing fee, and the transfer takes a little longer than paying us directly by ACH.

International buyers and SWIFT

For international SWIFT wire instructions, or any other banking assistance, contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email and our team will send the complete details.

Order Despatch

Orders are despatched 3–5 business days after payment has cleared. Every stage is visible on our order tracking page using your order number.

Refunds and Disputes

Returns are handled under our published Return and Refund Policy. If you need to query a payment, contact us promptly and we will resolve it with you directly.
