Short answer: supplements and natural health are the category where dating, storage and paperwork decide whether an order makes money. This page covers what we check before stock ships, what you should check before you list it, and how the buying works.
Dating is part of the price
Remaining shelf life is not a detail in this category, it is a component of the value. The same product with fourteen months left and with four months left are two different purchases at two different prices.
Ask for the dating before you commit, every time. Short-dated stock can be a genuinely good buy if you sell fast and price for it — it is only a bad buy when nobody told you. We will tell you what we are holding rather than let it arrive as a surprise.
If you sell on a marketplace, check its own minimum remaining shelf life before you order. Those rules are set by the platform and they change; a case that is fine for a shop floor can be unsellable through fulfilment.
What we check before it ships
- Factory-sealed only. Nothing repackaged, nothing with a broken seal.
- Outer packaging intact. Crushed cartons on supplements usually mean crushed tubs inside.
- Lot and date visible so you can record what you sold, which is what a recall response depends on.
Storage, which quietly ruins more stock than damage
Supplements, gummies and powders are sensitive to heat and humidity far more than boxed goods. A pallet left in a hot unit over a summer weekend can arrive at your customer looking fine and behaving badly — clumped powder, melted gummies, separated liquids.
Keep this category off the outside wall of a warm stockroom, out of a vehicle overnight, and away from the loading door. If you use a third-party warehouse, ask what their storage conditions actually are rather than assuming.
Claims: the line that protects your business
Describe a supplement the way the manufacturer describes it on the label. Do not add a health claim of your own, do not repeat a claim a customer made in a review as if it were fact, and do not translate the label into stronger language for a listing.
This is the fastest way for a reseller in this category to attract a complaint, a takedown or worse — and it is entirely avoidable. If the label does not say it, your listing should not either.
Who resells this category
Independent pharmacies and medical stores, health food shops, gyms and fitness studios, salons and wellness clinics, grocery and convenience stores with a health aisle, and online sellers on their own stores and on marketplaces. If you buy to resell, the size of your business is not the test.
How to buy it without getting stuck
- Depth only on what you have already sold. This category punishes untested depth harder than most, because slow stock also loses shelf life while it sits.
- Breadth on the tests. Small quantities across several products tells you what your customers actually take.
- Reorder on evidence, not on the deal. A better price on something that sits is not a better price.

The $5,000 minimum order value
Our minimum is $5,000 across the whole order, never per product, mixed freely at whatever quantities suit you. In this category that usually means a few proven products in depth plus several small tests. If your order will fall below $5,000, contact our team by email or WhatsApp chat and we will look at it with you.
Paperwork before your first order
Wholesale accounts are for businesses buying for resale. Have your EIN and a valid resale certificate for your state ready at registration. Keep our commercial invoices — in health and supplements you are more likely than average to be asked to show where stock came from.
Ordering, payment and despatch
Orders are settled by ACH bank transfer, which is our recommended method. Wire transfer and card payment through Plastiq are available on request. Stock is despatched 3–5 business days after payment clears, with tracking.
Questions resellers ask
Can you tell me the expiry dates before I order?
Ask us for the specific product and we will tell you what we are holding.
Do you sell single units?
No. Factory-sealed manufacturer product at wholesale quantities only.
Can I mix supplements with other categories to reach the minimum?
Yes. That is how most buyers reach it.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Across the USA and internationally, including Canada, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Australia, Europe, Singapore, Korea and Japan. Health products face extra import rules in some markets, so check them before ordering for export — with your own customs broker, or with our team if you want to use our VAT and customs clearance service.
