Invoice Policy

We maintain transparency and accuracy in all invoicing processes. Please note the following guidelines:

  • No Advance Paid Invoices: We do not issue paid invoices in advance for Amazon ungating or other purposes.
  • Payment Confirmation Required: Invoices are marked as “PAID” only after your payment has been successfully received and verified.
  • Proforma Invoices: We can issue proforma invoices upon request; however, these are for reference only and cannot be submitted to Amazon.

Letter of Authorization (LOA) Policy

We provide official Letters of Authorization under the following conditions:

  • Brand Authorization: LOAs are available for products and brands that are directly purchased from us.
  • Intended Use: These letters serve to confirm that American General Distributors is an authorized distributor of the products and that we are supplying them to your business.

How It Works

  3. Receive Your Invoice – A formal invoice will be issued once payment is confirmed.
  4. Request LOA – If needed, request a Letter of Authorization for the brand(s) you’ve purchased.
